a: yes! we are dog friendly to friendly dogs. please bring your pet on a leash and supervise them at all times to ensure the safety of both the pet, and our other guests (two and four legged!)

Q: Do you serve wine?

A: Our “small beer manufacturer” alcohol license only allows us to serve beers brewed in house. No guest taps, no wine, no spirits. no exceptions.

**We do add an enzyme to nearly all beers brewed here to make them gluten reduced to accommodate most guests with gluten allergies! (please consume at your own discretion.)

Q: Do you sell kegs to bars outside of the Sacramento Area?

A: Right now our focus is on locations that are super close to us. Most styles of beer do not travel very well, especially the hoppy ones.  For quality control reasons we have chosen to keep the vast majority of our beer in local accounts and the tasting room.

Q: Is your beer available in bottles anywhere?

A: from time to time, yes! we do bottle our sour beers quarterly on average, as well as an occasional bottled stout. the bottles are easiest to find in the tasting room directly, however you may see them in select local accounts from time to time.

Q: We’d like to serve your beer in our establishment.  Who is your distributor, and can I get your beer?

A: We are a very small neighborhood brewery and our tasting room naturally receives priority for our beer.  We self distribute our beers for the purpose of maintaining control and consistency.  When our beer leaves our brewery’s coldbox it goes straight to the account’s coldbox and is kept out of the sun, away from warm temperatures and served very quickly.  We aim to establish good working relationships with bars and restaurants we highly respect and that is where you will find our beers.  We are currently brewing and distributing our beer at full capacity with accounts we love and enjoy working with.  While we are not interested in bumping any of them, it never hurts to make your presence known and to contact us if you are interested in carrying our beer in the future when we may add more capacity.  Feel free to email info@flatlandbrewingco.com if interested.

Q:  Do you have any Gluten free options?

A: While technically our beer Isn't gluten free, we do add an enzyme to all of our beer that makes it gluten reduced (under 20ppm of gluten).  We have not had any of our beers tested,so If you are Severely allergic than it is recommended to not consume our product.
