Check-in starts at 8am and Yoga will begin promptly at 8:30am. Please bring a mat and water bottle. A thick mat is advised as we will be practicing yoga on a solid space. Yoga blocks and knee pads are also helpful, but not required. We can't wait to flow, sip, and savor with you! Namaste!

We are thrilled to partner with our amazing local shelter, the Elk Grove Animal Services. They'll be bringing out some dogs looking for a forever home. Come support local, eat, drink, and meet your new best friend! Adoptions will be available for those serious about adding a new forever family member!
If you're bringing your own pup, please be mindful of the adoptees, and maintain proper distance and leash manners as to not scare anyone!

This Saturday we’re creating a ghoulishly good time for you- come join us as we toast the night away with Halloween music We are excited to announce a costume contest with winners announced at 6pm (must be present to win). We’ll have an adult category winner and a kiddo category as well. We have even added a prize for the best dressed pet! Who will win the trophy and some other spooky surprises?

Yoga is coming to Flatland Brewing Co! Join us for a peaceful Sunday morning of guided yoga with Adrienne. All skill levels welcome. Tickets must be purchased in advance via link. $25 includes a one hour guided yoga session and a beer upon completion. Participants must be 21+.
