Flourish- Chenin Blanc Bottle Release

We are proud to announce that the second bottle from our Flourish series is ready for release!

Next Friday, June 16 is the day!  With grapes sourced from Muddy Boot Wine, we were able to blend their juice with the same base from our first Flourish release.  Tasting notes from our Owner and Brewer Andrew include "bright, fruit, clean acid, and a touch of Brettanomyces funk on the back end".
We love it already, and are sure you will too!  Release is limited, as we only have one wine barrel worth of this beauty.

Bottles are $20 each. Limit 2/person. No pre-sales or reservations.

Did you get the chance to attend
our second annual brewfest?
Beers in Sac and the City of Elk Grove showed everyone yet again a wonderful night. Thank you to our loyal customers for coming to support.  And cheers to our new friends! Can't wait to see
you all out at the brewery!

New merchandise?!

Here at Flatland Brewing Company we are always looking for a fun new way to help you bring a little piece of the Flatland love with you wherever you go. As summer is upon us, we are working on a few new goodies to surprise and delight you all!

Keep your eyes out for an announcement with will include NEW HATS, a limited edition colored women's racer-back
tank showcasing
California love, and quite possibly even some new glassware to bring home after a new beer release :)

Stay tuned, as the first new product will debut later this month...
When were you in last? Some of our current brews include Pulpergeista hazy NE style IPA with mango puree, Pilsnerish, our fan-favorite delicious blonde ale layered like a pilsner- perfectly crisp for the warm weather ahead. Spring Side- a blonde meets a Pale Ale, lean and dry with just the right hop character.

What's fermenting now?? a TRIPLE IPA! Coming along beautifully, this gem should finish around 10% ABV. Lean and dry with a light malt structure, making room for plenty of hop character. Watch out!
New beer alert!
Dana's Idea - Imperial Red Ale 8.7%
Hops - Chinook, Sterling
Full of caramel, toast, and a touch of chocolate-y roast. The alcohol is well hidden under all of the malt and the hops are there just enough. Chinook adds a piney spice and the Sterling mixes with the crystal malts to add just a touch of orange marmalade in the mid palate, but lets the malt shine.
6/15 - APRICOT TARTE - Apricot Kettle Sour
6/22 - 3 - Triple IPA
6/29 - WEIRD AL DANKOVIC - Hazy and Dank IPA

In the Works

Big Tree, Little Tree - OTP Anniversary Double IPA
Hemly Cider Collaboration
Mixed Culture Saison
