This super clean, dry, and hoppy blonde is perfect for the warm weather ahead.  Treated like a typical lager but done with our house ale yeast.  Don't think about it just drink it!

Spring Side - Crushable Pale Ale

Hopped with Simcoe and Citra hop powder, this little guy is ready for the sun. Bright and light with some pine and touch of peach wrapped up with a dry and clean finish.

Hop Tarté - Mosaic Dry Hopped Kettle Sour 4.8%

A Hoppy sour? A sour session IPA? Maybe...? Not really sure what you'd call it, besides delicious. Tart acidity, juicy hops, and a light touch of Mosaic funk, all with a refreshing quaffability.  

Apricot Tarté - Apricot Kettle Sour 5.1%

Fresh apricot in the nose with a faint bready character. The acid is cleansing and refreshing while still letting the fruit shine.  

Dana's Idea - Imperial Red Ale 8.7%

Dana came in and asked why we haven't brewed a red ale in a while. Well... I couldn't answer that, so we brewed a Red Ale! 
Full of caramel, toast, and a touch of chocolatey roast. The alcohol is well hidden under all of the malt and the hops are there just enough. Chinook adds a piney spice and the Sterling mixes with the crystal malts to add just a touch of orange marmalade in the mid palate, but lets the malt shine. Thanks to Sam for sharing the recipe
